COURAGE CLUB
With a cancer diagnosis, you become a member of the club no one wants to join. Welcome to the Courage Club! The Courage Club by The Boon Project is a place for young adult cancer fighters and survivors in the Lowcountry (and beyond) to connect with others who understand the physical, mental, and emotional battle that is a cancer diagnosis as a young adult. Courage Club features a free private online support group, free monthly gatherings and group community service projects. Some events are private for Courage Club members only, while others include the all important caregivers and family members.
A subgroup of Courage Club, our Meta Meetup, meets at least once a quarter and provides support to young adults facing a terminal, chronic, or stage IV cancer diagnosis. This group also has a private online support community.

Cancer Hope Network is a national nonprofit that pairs patients AND caregivers with mentors for their cancer walk. If you are actively on treatment and interested in being paired with a mentor, living your survivorship years, and wanting to serve as a mentor, have a caregiver who may want to be matched or
act as a mentor, or just want to
learn more- please come to
our virtual session during
AYA Cancer Awareness Week!
A link will be posted ahead of time. Please feel free to share with your caregivers as well.

This event is limited on space,
so only Boonies this time
(no caregivers or friends).
To register for the event, EMAIL Katherine@boonproject.org.

register with the store and pick out projects for the private party.) Katherine will then send you the
link to select your project at Nailed It.
*You are not officially registered
until you complete
the project selection for Nailed It.
ALL projects need to
be selected by April 17.*
